A connected toy can die with the company that runs it. Here's what we owe you if that happens to us.

What stays playable offline

Stories, the English lessons your child listens to, music, lullabies and already-downloaded modules play from the plush, no server needed, and so does the timer. If we ever stop the service, the last version stays installed and all of that stays playable offline.

A service period written into the contract

The day Poumi goes on sale, the sales contract will carry a minimum service period: how long the conversation servers stay on, in writing, before you pay anything. That contract doesn't exist yet, this page comes before the product. We'll publish it here once it's written.

Five years of software support

The EU Cyber Resilience Act requires five years of security updates after the last sale. That's the law. We owe you that anyway, and we promise it anyway.

Two years of legal warranty

Like any product sold in France, Poumi carries a two-year legal conformity warranty. That's not a favor, it's a right you already have.

What this doesn't cover

Conversation needs a server running, including the free daily allowance and the English sessions where your child speaks. If the service stops, they stop with it. That's why we split the two in our pricing: what stays playable offline, and what depends on us.
